Through Health Career Coach, she introduces students to emerging fields, global opportunities, and the future landscape of healthcare—ensuring they make informed career choices with clarity and confidence.

Her exposure to health-tech startups also gave her first-hand insight into the rapidly evolving opportunities in healthcare, from digital health to global collaborations. Academically, Ayesha holds an MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Administration from the Apollo Institute of Hospital Administration, along with a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from Osmania University. This unique blend of healthcare expertise and strong communication skills enables her to connect with young people, understand their concerns, and guide them through their career journeys with clarity.
